How Does Membership work?

Our goal is to have 2,000 members. Members pay a monthly membership fee, which is “pay what you like," with a minimum of $5 a month. This makes membership affordable for all. Members get on our special email list + have access to members-only app that has info, events, volunteer opportunities, and more. Members also pay 0$ to come to any events at Beanlandia. (except for a few special events).

Members can also parade with us!

Each fall, we send out parade spots to our Beanlandia membership.

Can I walk in the parade without joining?

Yes. The parade is open to all. However, if you like the parade, we strongly encourage you to at least join Beanlandia! Support the thing you love! You can join here:

Can I rent out Beanlandia for a party?

We really don’t do that. However, we offer the space for non-profits and community-focused events. However, you are always welcome to email us at beans@kreweofredbeans.org and we will always consider it.

Will Beans make me fart?

Apparently, the more you eat, the more your stomach gets used to it. Then you fart less because your stomach is not creating as many gases (due to the parts of the bean we can’t easily digest). Back in the Greco-Roman times, beans were associated with “amorous” feelings, not farting. They were considered an afrodesiac.
